Becoming a 4MAX dealer is an easy one-time process:

1. Click on the application link below and fill it out to the best of your ability.

2. In order to resell products in the United States*, you must have a valid certificate of authority for your respective state.  Please fax, mail, or email a copy of it along with the proper state form for your state.

*Does not apply to customers located in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.

Once your application is approved and verified, we will be able to quote you at the reseller pricing level.  You will receive access to view your pricing and place orders easily over the phone or online.
